My hyperlinks are not working.

Please note hyperlinks can falter for different reasons. 

One reason is not being in the correct setting on your note-taking app. 

Another reason may be your note-taking app is not up to date.

Another reason may be because you have deleted pages from your planner. Doing so can cause hyperlinks to break. 

My downloads are not uploading to my note taking app. 

Please ensure that you are reading the 'how to' that comes with each digital download. Additionally please ensure that the note-taking app you are using allows you to import PDFs.

My planners are lagging/glitching

Unfortunately if you are experiencing lagging/glitching it is likely an app issue.

Pleasure ensure that your note-taking app is updated. Additionally please ensure that your iPad/tablet is up to date as well.
